Jackie, a licensed dental hygienist, joined WTDC in September 2024. She obtained her Associate degree in dental hygiene from Indiana University in 2008 and has been working in Chicago ever since. Jackie is passionate about her profession and enjoys creating relationships with her patients. She appreciates the opportunity to improve her patient’s oral, as well as, overall health.
When not at work, Jackie loves to spend time with family and friends, cook, read, practice yoga, go on power walks, and travel. Her heart belongs to her pup, Frankie, who she adopted from PAWS Chicago in 2017 when he was 6 months old.
Melissa is a licensed registered dental hygienist. She is certified in laser periodontal therapy as well as administration of local anesthetic. Melissa has her Associate of Applied Science in dental hygiene from College of DuPage and her Bachelor degree in Healthcare Management from Concordia University.
Within the office, Melissa provides individualized care with personalized oral hygiene instructions, management of periodontal health, and laser treatment of cold sores and aphthous ulcers. She assesses patients’ current dental condition and then partners with the doctor and patient in order to implement any necessary changes with the goal of optimal health in mind. Her thorough yet gentle approach ensures comfortable and comprehensive results. Positive patient experience is as important to her as their healthy smile.
In her free time, Melissa enjoys spending time with family and friends, spending time outdoors, traveling, and enjoying all that life has to offer.
Faith is a licensed dental hygienist with a bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene and a passion for helping patients feel comfortable, confident, and genuinely cared for during their visits. Known for her gentle approach and strong commitment to oral health education, Faith values building lasting relationships with her patients while supporting their long-term oral and overall wellness.
Outside of the office, Faith loves spending time outdoors—whether camping, hiking, or relaxing by the beach. She’s also a proud dog mom to Tater, her adventurous sidekick who’s always ready for the next trail or shoreline stroll.
Diana is our liaison between our patients, our doctors, and our specialists. Having worked in the dental field for more than 25 years, along the way serving in various clinical, financial, administrative, and marketing areas, she can answer just about any question you might have.
Born and bred dentistry, with a father as a dentist, Diana has always had enthusiasm and drive for the dental field. Her humor, knowledge, and attention to every detail allow our patients to feel confident they are in the most capable hands.
When she’s not speaking dental, you can find Diana reading book after book, hanging out with her husband and two boys, or taking care of her collection of pets at home.
Catherine is Water Tower Dental Care Schedule Coordinator. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia. A veteran of the office for over 20 years, she is responsible for handling all appointments. Catherine will always welcome you to our practice with a handshake and a warm, friendly smile.
Catherine is always eager to share travel and film adventures with all of our patients. A lifelong cinephile, take her up on her film recommendations and reviews.
Helen loves to find ways to help people smile and be healthy! She is happy to answer your questions. help to resolve all concerns, and assist with your insurance benefits and claims. Making your dental visits positive is important to her, as well as that each patient has a feeling of ease and confidence in our office. As a longtime member of our team (more than 20 years!). she works with our team. full of diverse and fun personalities. to create a professional. organized, yet fun workplace with a central goal of creating a warm and welcome place for our patients.
Fachon is a Chicago native who is passionate about dentistry. She has been in the dental field since 2010 and loves learning and improving on her vast skills. Fachon strives to make every patient feel right at home and her beautiful contagious smile is bound to make anyone’s day better.
Outside of work, Fachon enjoys spending time with her family, including her dog Jax, who loves going on long walks all over the city.
Jasmine has been a dental clinician for over a decade and is always excited about expanding her knowledge in the field. Jasmine is passionate about helping people and making sure they feel good about themselves, even if it’s simply by making someone smile.
Jasmine loves learning to cook new dishes and is constantly finding new and exciting things to do with her family.
Kayla Johnson is a skilled dental assistant with three years of experience supporting dental procedures and providing excellent patient care. Kayla ensures a smooth and comfortable experience for every patient. Passionate about dental health, and commuted to enhancing patient outcomes.
Outside of the work, Kayla enjoys exploring new restaurants and trying different cuisines all while enjoying quality time with loved ones and creating memories.
Dylan started his dental career in neuromuscular dentistry and has worked in orthodontics and a vast scope of general dentistry. He has acquired skills within the lab fabrication world; enjoying and exceling in the technology side of things.
Dylan is originally from Atlanta and moved to Chicago from Seattle. He loves photography and spends lots of time in the darkroom. He is also a classical guitarist and admits one of his favorite things is to nerd out about dentistry.
New to Chicago and originally from Charleston, South Carolina, Traci joins our team as Office Coordinator with a background in the medical field and a genuine passion for helping others feel their best. Her warm, welcoming nature and dedication to patient care make her a perfect fit for our practice, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have her on our team.
While she misses her two sons and gardening back in South Carolina, Traci is embracing all that Chicago has to offer—especially the city’s stunning architecture, vibrant food scene, biking, art, and culture.
