Dental bonding is a conservative way to repair slightly chipped, discolored, or crooked teeth, during which a white (or a tooth-colored shade) filling is applied directly to the tooth. Allowed to cure, the material actually “bonds” with the tooth. Although less susceptible than other procedures, bonding is more susceptible to staining, chipping, and breaking.
