I can confidently say that I would not recommend anything additional. I have recommended and will continue to recommend countless friends and family to Water Tower Dental. Every visit has been pleasant and anxiety-free (that's a good thing). Adding the refreshment area was a great addition. The staff's always been very friendly and helpful. I tend to ask a lot of questions and unlike most medial doc's, pedestrians’, surgeons, other dentists, etc. your staff (most importantly Dan) has always been very patient and accommodating. I'm not sure if any of the dozen or so folks I've recommended have become patients, although I'm starting to realize that most people seem to want to continue to rely on the same dentist despite the fact that they may be unhappy with their experience. That can be good or bad I suppose. In any case, thanks... I'll keep recommending them as long as I continue to have such a positive experience with WTD.

Everyone was excellent. It really shows how a dental appointment should be and can be. I`m amazed at what I believed to be office visit norm vs what the team there believed dentist office visits should be. I can`t even begin to describe the level of communication, craftsmanship and pride these Doctors and Staff have. Complete opposite to any Dentist I have ever been to my entire life, thank God.

I am new to the city and I had a bad dentist visit prior to Water Tower Dental. I had never been to the office before and when I got to the door I saw through the glass, Dr. Stino, who quickly noticed I looked lost. She immediately came over to greet me. I was blown away that the dentist herself wasn`t too busy to come say hello with a big smile, and a kind welcome. It only got better from there. They offered me tea, and coffee, and juices etc. I didn`t wait at all and they asked me plenty of questions to get an understanding of my situation. Both Diana and Dr. Stino sat down with me. I ended up having to get some work done on my teeth and my insurance was ending that week. They got me back in the office only 3 hours later that same day! They talked me through all my payment options how they were going to do the procedure and made me totally comfortable giving me a pillow for my neck, and an i-pod to listen to! I am very happy there :)

As I was laying in the chair this morning I was thinking through my thoughts and what I could say about Water Tower Dental Care. There is not one part of my dental care that has been over looked. From the email reminder confirming my appointment to the smiling faces I see at my 7:30 a.m. appointment, not a beat is skipped. All this happens before I get a nice cold bottle of water before I sit for my procedure. I am as comfy in the dentist chair as I would be on my own couch at home as I am handed a preloaded iPod to help me relax during my time under Dr. Anezko's care. I think it is great that you are located in the Water Tower Shopping Center, because a trip to your office would be a nice addition to any fun filled day of shopping. I look forward to coming to my dentist and I tell people that all the time.
