Teeth Whitening

The first available method is teeth whitening with Discus Dental's Zoom Whitening chairside teeth whitening system. The Zoom Whitening system requires two main steps. During the first step, an associate with Water Tower Dental Care will apply a special pH balanced hydrogen peroxide solution to the surface of your teeth. Next, a special, low heat light is used to activate the solution. The activated teeth whitening solution will penetrate the dentin and enamel in your teeth and remove deep stains and discolorations.

The other teeth whitening option is take home teeth whitening trays. If you would prefer to whiten your teeth in the privacy of your own home, the doctors at Water Tower Dental Care can create these customized teeth whitening trays. While teeth whitening trays can greatly whiten the shade of your teeth, the effects of whitening trays are not as fast or dramatic as Zoom Whitening. For optimal results, the doctors at Water Tower Dental Care recommend using the take home, teeth whitening trays for one hour a day, over one or two weeks.
