EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT
Thank you for choosing Water Tower Dental Care for your oral healthcare needs. Our goal is for each of our patients to achieve a strong, healthy smile in an open, relaxed environment. We respond to our patients’ individual needs with quality, personalized care. We have made our new patient forms available to you as Adobe Acrobat files. For your convenience and to save time at your first visit with Water Tower Dental Care, we recommend completing these forms and either submitting them online or printing them at home.
Please remember to bring your dental insurance card and a form of identification to copy for your records. If you have any problems getting these files to submit or print properly, please call our office and we will gladly send or fax them to you.
What you can expect at your Emergency appointment:

Approximately thirty minutes to an hour for your scheduled appointment

We will value your time with punctual seating

We welcome early arrival for the first appointment to process paperwork and insurance

Limited exam and possible x-rays of the area or areas in question

In most cases a tentative treatment plan will be discussed with the timing and fees for the procedures in question
